Donna Philips is thrilled to be serving on the board of Wilmington Voices. Donna hails from the Pacific Northwest but has spent most of her life in Georgia and North Carolina. She attended the University of Georgia and attained a degree in Special Education.
Donna just recently made her way to Wilmington to live where some of her family reside. Since early childhood, Donna has been singing in church and community choirs. After getting hooked on handbells she became certified to teach and founded the Sacred Sounds Bell Choir in Highlands, North Carolina. In addition, she also formed a summer vocal group called "The Carolina Women's Choir."
In addition to her love of vocal music, Donna also plays the piano, and enjoys playing Pickleball.
